Cancellation:An advance deposit of one night's lodging is required via Credit Card guarantee to confirm one or two night's stay. Three nights or more, 50% deposit. Deposits are refundable only if Conscierge is advised of cancellation Seven (7) days prior to arrival. During Holidays or Special Events, a two night minimum stay is required with full advanced payment, a fourteen (14) day cancellation policy applies.
