Cancellation:Deposits will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to one night's lodging and tax and fee will be imposed for all EXCEPT the 1,2, and 4-BEDROOM TOWNHOMES; Cancellations of a 1,2, and 4 -BEDROOM TOWNHOME less than thirty (60) days prior to arrival results in FULL forfeiture of all monies paid.
All Chrstmas/New Years bookings will require FULL payment NOVEMBER 01. Any cancellations after NOVEMBER 01, are subject to full forfeiture.
NOTE: THE NEW YEARS BOOKINGS POLICY REQUIRES THE NON-REFUNDABLE BALANCE OF PAYMENT IN FULL ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 01, OR AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IF LATER THAN NOVEMBER 01. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Deposit:A deposit of 1 nights lodging and tax will be charged at time of booking on smaller units. Balance will be collected upon arrival.
1,2 a 4 bedroom townhomes : 1 nights lodging and tax will be charged at time of booking. Final or payment in full will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
