Cancellation:Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to check-in date, resort will retain first night room, tax, and TZ tax ($4.50).

President's Day (2/12/10 to 2/14/10),the 4th of July(7/02/10 to 7/04/10) require the first night's room and tax at time of booking. The reservation will be fully charged at 16 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made no less than 7 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded. There is NO REFUND for cancellations at less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Christmas and New Year's Reservations:12/24/10 to
01/01/11 We require 1 night room and tax to be charged at time of booking. THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
We will charge the balance at 60 days prior to the arrival date. You may cancel up to 31 days prior to arrival and receive all monies back except the non-refundable portion. Cancellations within 31 days will not receive a refund.
Check-in 4:00pm Check-out 12 noon.
Deposit:Guest will be charged first night room, tax, and TZ ($4.50).
An additional $100 security deposit at ck-in with a credit card or cash only will apply.

Other:Tahoe Seasons Resort is a non-smoking facility. Must be 18 or older to check-in. $100 security deposit due at check-in. If paying with cash entire stay is due at check-in plus security deposit. An additional nightly occupancy tax of $3.00 per night will apply at check out.
The On-Site Restaurant and Pub is open seasonally. Call the resort directly for hours of operation: 530-541-6700. Food can be delivered to your suite any time from Fat City Food Company, 7 days a week (11 am to 9:30 pm) by calling 530-542-2780
