Cancellation:48 hours in advance or forfeit 2 night. Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to start of checkin will charged a $20 processing fee
Deposit:One night charged at time of booking
Check In:Check in starts at 3 pm on the day of arrival. Early checkin (noon) may be purchased at $20.
Check Out:Check out is no later than 11 am on the day of departure. Late checkout (1 pm) may be purchased at $20.
Pets:Sorry - no pets
Other:NO smoking in any of the rooms. Penalty fee and extra cleaning charge will be debited the guest.
The property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
All rates are based upon double occupancy.
