Lake Tahoe Accommodations Policies
General:All properties are located in residential areas and may not be used for weddings, wedding receptions, parties or any other large group function.
You must be at least 21 years old to reserve and check-in. An imprint of credit card and copy of drivers license will be taken upon arrival for security purposes.
Cancellation:All reservation have a 7 day grace period from the day of booking. To cancel, the guest will forfeit a $30.00 non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit $130.00. From 60 to 30 days prior to arrival guest forfeit will be the full advance deposit amount. Cancellations less than 30 days prior will forfeit full amount of reservation.
Deposit:One night deposit charged at time of booking for reservations made more than 60 days in advance of arrival.
60 days or less in advance of arrival the full amount of rent and tax will be charged.
Check In:Check In 4:00 pm. If arriving after 6:00 pm please call to arrange an after hours key pickup.
Check Out:Check Out 10:00 am
Other:Christmas/New Year's - No arrivals on 12/25. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas. Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival for New Year's. Reservations that include both holidays require a 10 night minimum.
