General:All rooms are based on double occupancy except the 2 bedroom suite which is quad occupancy.
Cancellation:We will charge your credit card a one night deposit at the time of booking unless your total stay is over $1,000.00 then we charge a 50% non refundable deposit. You may cancel your reservation if the total is under $1,000.00 up to 14 days prior to your arrival date for a $25 fee. If you cancel inside the 14 days you forfeit the deposit. Reservations for more than $1000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking either by cashier check or money order with the balance due no later than 15 days prior to arrival paid by cashier check or cash. If your payments are not received or your credit card is declined your booking may be canceled without notice.
Deposit:We require at least one night room & tax unless reservation is over $1,000.00

Pets:$15.00 pet day per pet
Other:We allow pets; however, you must complete a pet registration and release of liability form upon your arrival. You will be charged $15.00 per pet per night. Failure to register your pets will result in eviction and loss of your payment. We do not provide refunds for early departure under any circumstances.
We serve danish and coffee 8:00am to 10:00am in the lobby. Please come have breakfast with us and get your day started right!
Check-in time is 3:00pm check-out time is 11:00am. There are absolutly no refunds for early departure.
