Excellent selection of private vacation rentals from economy to luxury, rustic to modern decor, houses, cabins, and condominiums. We have everything from secluded romantic get-away cabins with private hot tubs to large houses with a sleeping capacity of 20 persons. Luxury waterfront & Golf course properties available. Couples, families, company retreats, and other group vacations all welcome. All rentals come with full kitchen, microwave, cable TV, VCR & stereo. All properties are supplied with bed linens, and bath linens for the sleeping capacity of the property.

Relax in Tahoe Policies

General:All rentals come with full kitchen, microwave, basic cable or expanded cable TV, VCR and/or DVD, and stereo. Enough linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are included for the sleeping capacity of the unit and are not to be taken from the unit. Extra beach/hot tub towels and beach blankets are NOT provided and are the responsibility of the guest. Vacation homes are unlike hotel/motel units. Each home/condo is individually and privately owned and furnished. We cannot offer refunds or compensation if you do not like the décor or location of your unit. Please satisfy yourself at time of booking with all details regarding your unit. Please do not rearrange furnishings during your stay. Please do not take any items outside that are part of the interior décor. All guests are required to conform to all rules and regulations, which are provided for each property. Violators and/or any reservation obtained under false pretense are subject to eviction and/or forfeiture of entire rent and security deposit. A rental contract and credit card/identity verification, which need to be signed by guest, will be sent, along with check in instructions, and map to property, via fax or mail.
Cancellation:Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of arrival (60 days in advance for holiday periods) will be charged the 1st night rent and tax. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival (60 days in advance for holiday periods) forfeit the entire rent and tax. Road and weather conditions do not warrant refunds and should be considered at the time of booking.
Deposit:Full payment is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation, along with the renters agreement and photo ID. If paying by credit card, balance wil be automatically charged. If paying by personal check or other means payment is due within 5 business days from time of booking.
Check In:Check-In is 4pm. Permission from the office is needed for any early check-in. If the property is available we will do our best to give you an early check in. Permission for early check in cannot be given earlier than 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Check Out:Check-Out is 10am: Permission from the office is needed for any late check-out. If the property is available we will do our best to give you a late check out. Permission for a late check out cannot be given earlier than 48 hours prior to your departure. $25 per hour or more can be charged for any unauthorized late check outs.
Pets:Pets are NOT allowed (unless agreed to in writing by our office for specific properties). If any evidence of a pet(s) is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or security deposit.
Other:A rental contract and credit card/identity verification, which need to be signed by guest, will be sent, along with check in instructions, and map to property, via fax or mail. Each unit sleeps a specific number of guests. Any guests over the specified number (unless agreed to in writing by our office) will result in termination of occupancy without refund.
