Tahoe Sierra Shores Luxury Lakefront Vacation Rentals Policies General: ALL RENTALS ARE TO FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS ONLY Tenant acknowledges that he/she will personally occupy the property for the entire rental period and will not sublet any portion of the property. Occupancy restricted to the maximum occupancy as set forth in this agreement. In the 3 bedroom units a maximum of 8 people. In the 4 bedroom units a maximum of 10 people. Violation of any of these terms shall give Owner/Agent the right to terminate this agreement. Tenant agrees that the premises shall not be used for any illegal or unlawful purpose. Occupancy and use of the premises and common areas in such a fashion that disturbs or offends neighboring residents shall be deemed grounds for termination. We wish you to have an enjoyable vacation, and request that you respect the rights of the other guests. FURNISHINGS All properties are equipped and furnished to the Owner's taste and are set-up for light housekeeping. Mattress pads, pillows, blanket and bedspreads are provided. Tenant is responsible to pay replacement of any furnishings, linens, fixtures or equipment that is damaged during their stay. . CARE OF PROPERTY Tenant is expected to care for the property as if it were their own. Tenant acknowledges that unless Innkeeper is notified on day of check-in of any damage or cleaning concerns, then thereafter, all damages or concerns to the property during the occupancy will be Tenants responsibility and must be reported to Innkeeper and paid prior to departure. Rearranging of furniture is not permitted. Tenant must leave the property in a clean condition to include the following: All trash placed in trash receptacles. All dishes loaded into dishwasher and cleaned. All doors and windows closed and locked. All breakage reported to the office. Unit must be left the same as you found it. Failure to comply will give the Owner/Agent the right to deduct appropriate sums from the deposit. Cancellation: CANCELLATIONS must be in writing and received by Owner/Agent thru email at reservations@tahoeluxuryvacationrental.com In case of cancellations more than 30 days from check-in, deposit will be refunded, and rental monies will be returned less 10% for administrative costs. If cancellation occurs 30 days or less from rental check-in date, tenant will be responsible to pay remaining rental balance. In the event of a cancellation, you may apply your deposit towards a future booking date in some cases. Deposit: BALANCE DUE including 10% per night TOT (Transit Occupancy Tax) tax, plus a $1,500 security deposit, plus a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee, and any rents, must be received by Owner/Agent 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by credit card. Check In: CHECK-IN will be after 4:00 p.m. on the arrival date. You may request an early check-in, and we will grant this if possible, however, Innkeeper is under no contractual obligation to comply with this request. Please call (530) 318-9696 to inform innkeeper what time you will be arriving. Check Out: CHECK –OUT on the date of departure will be by 11:00 a.m. Please use this checkout list (also posted on premises) in order to receive your cleaning deposit: All lights are turned off All appliances have all been turned off All garbage is taken to the outside trash cans Load all dishes into the dishwasher and Lock all doors and windows Leave keys on the kitchen counter or with the innkeeper Pets:SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED on the property or in the unit. Other:Neither Agent nor Owner shall have any responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. There will be a $50 fee plus shipping fee for any found and returned items. IN THE EVENT that the Owner is unable to deliver said property to Tenant under this rental agreement prior to occupancy because of fire, eminent domain, act of nature, double booking, delay in construction or any other reason whatsoever, Tenant hereby agrees that Owner's and Agent's sole liability as a result of these conditions is a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Tenant. Every attempt will be made to relocate tenant to comparable accommodations |
