Cancellation:• Cancellations received more than 14 days of scheduled stay will have deposits returned, less a $25 processing fee.
• Cancellations of 14 days or less and more than 3 days before scheduled stay are subject to one night's room rental charge, unless the Innkeeper's are able to book the room for all nights reserved.
• Cancellations within 3 days of the scheduled stay, the guest is responsible for all reserved room charges unless the Innkeepers are able to book the room for all nights reserved.
• Early departures will be charged the entire reserved stay amount.
