Or you may prefer a sightseeing cruise from Lake Tahoe to Emerald Bay aboard the Tahoe Queen, which is right next door or M.S. Dixie. You may even enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides! The Stateline casinos, just up the street, offer non-stop gaming and big-name entertainment, and a shuttle is provided (for a fee)! This resort offers friendly, hospitable service, accommodations to fit any budget and activities for every vacationer. We are a non-smoking property, with the exception of two designated outside areas. |

General:
Cancellation:Regular season cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to arrival or 1 night's room and tax charged.
Holiday season cancellations are allowed up to 7 days prior to arrival or loss of deposit.
Fourth of July, Christmas and New Years 1st nights room/tax is non refundable and cancellations are allowed up to 30 days prior to arrival or loss of deposit.
Holidays: President's Day-Feb 13-15, Labor Day- Sept. 04 - 06, Thanksgiving-Nov 27-29: 4TH of July-July 2-4, Christmas/New Year-Dec 24-Jan 1
Deposit:1st night room and tax is taken at time of booking.
Reservations made during the Christmas, New Years, and 4th of July holiday periods require 50% deposit of which the 1st nights room/tax is nonrefundable. President's Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving-require a 2 night min. stay; 4TH of July and Christmas/New Year require a 3 night min. stay. Other dates ranges may have minimum night stays.

Other:Must be 21 or older to check-in. All guests must provide a valid photo I.D. and a current credit card in order to check in. We do not accept checks for payment. Motor homes, campers, jet skis, boats and trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Complimentary cribs, highchairs, hot plates, teakettles, elevated toilet seats, shower chairs, and roll-a-way beds are available upon request, based on availability. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Stationary charcoal BBQ's are on-site as well as gas BBQ's for rent, time restricted.
