Cancellation:If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will forfiet your deposit. (Deposit is $200) If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival a $50.00 Administrative fee will be retained and the remainder of your deposit will be refunded.
Check In:Check-In Time is 4:00pm, if you are going to arrive later, you must contact us toll free at 1-800-546-RENT and inform us of your arrival time so that we may provide you with instructions.
Check Out:Check-Out Time is 10:00am on your day of departure
Pets:No Pets Allowed* (*Registered Valid Service Dogs Accepted)
Other:2 Bedroom Sleeps 6 People Maximum Including Adults and Children, 3 Bedroom Sleeps 8 People Maximum Including Adults and Children. Absolutely No Pets, Prices are per Condominium, NOT per person. Grand Palms Vacation Resort is a self catering resort and cleaning is provided prior to arrival and after departure at no additional cost, We provide each incoming guest with a starter bag of toiletries as a courtesy. All guests are provided with enough fresh linens to accommodate the maximum occupancy of their home and each guest home is equipped with full size laundry machines.
Children:Children of any age are welcome, each child is counted as a PERSON in the maximum occupancy limits for each villa
