The Mountain Inn Policies
General:
Cancellation:Deposit of 50% will be charged at time of reservation except for one night stays where payment is due in full at time of making the reservation. Cancellation received 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less $55 fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit total deposit. No refunds or adjustments will be made for late arrival or early departures and they are treated as a cancellation. NO SATURDAY ARRIVALS.
Deposit:Deposit of 50% will be charged at time of making the reservation except for one night stays where full payment is due at time of making the reservation. Balance is due on arrival as deposits are applied to the last night of the reservation
Check In:Check-in is guaranteed after 3:00 PM.
Check Out:Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available by pre-arrangement with the Front Desk till 1:00 PM after which there will be a $35 per hour charge till 3:00 PM. After 3:00 PM room will be charged for an additional night.
