General:Reservation and Deposit Policy: A deposit of first night is garranty your reservation.Balance due upon arrival (no personal checks accepted). Adverse winter weather conditions do not warrant refunds.
Cancellation:A one night charge applies if cancellation is less than 72 hours prior to check in AND $15 procesing fee charge if cancel any time before 72 hours.Guarnteed room hold till 6pm or call is required . NON CANCELLATION ON SPECIAL EVENTS OR HOLIDAY PERIOD!
