Cancellation:A deposit equal to one night stay is required to secure a reservation. Cancellation policy is loss of deposit for less than TWO WEEKS notification. 30 day notification required for Denison University Graduation, Parents Weekend, Class Reunion etc., Race Events, Heisey Glass Convention, New Years and Valentines Day. These special events require a two night stay with a penalty equal to two nights stay for cancellation less than 30 days.
