Cancellation:One night deposit will be processed on all reservations. First and last night during holidays. $10 cxl. fee on all cancellations. 7 days (15 days during holidays) notice prior to arrival of refund of balance of deposit. Cancellations less than 7 days (15 days holidays) prior to arrival subject to deposit forfeiture.
