Cancellation:Cancellation: All monies received are non-refundable. We do offer travel insurance to protect you in the event of emergencies or unforseen circumstances. Please check with the reservation agent who reconfirms your reservation if you are interested in travel insurance. Deposit:Each rental unit has a required security deposit equal to one night's rental rate. Check In:Guaranteed check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If your arrival to Lake Tahoe is earlier in the day, please consult with a reservationist on the arrival day for a possible early check-in. Every effort will be made to accommodate your needs. However, there is no guarantee that the property will be available earlier than normal. Check Out:Checkout is 10:00 a.m. If you require a later checkout, please inquire with a reservation agent on the date of departure. Pets:Most properties do not allow pets. There are a few properties that do allow pets. If you want to bring your pet, you must notify the reservationist when you book your reservation. The acceptance of pets must be prearranged and approved by the Tahoe Keys Resort / Lake Tahoe Reservation Bureau and there are no exceptions. There will be a $25 pet-cleaning fee added to the total cost of your reservation. Upon check-in, a $100 pet deposit will be required. You will be held responsible for any damages your pet might do to your rental property. Other:Security Deposit & Damages Each rental unit has a required security deposit equal to one night's rental rate. Any damage to the property, other than normal wear and tear, is the responsibility of the tenant. Assessment of any such damages is determined by the property management company of the property in which you are staying. Occupant is liable for any damages to the premises and to the furnishings, equipment, and household items therein, which occur during occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. Damages include, but are not limited to long distance charges. Each condominium, home or cabin has a private telephone which is not connected to a central switchboard. Local calls are free, but all long distance calls must be charged to a telephone credit card, major credit card or to your home phone. |
