Cancellation:REGULAR SEASON POLICY FOR SUPERIOR, STANDARD, ECONOMY, & JUNIOR SUITE;Your deposit minus a $25 processing fee* per room will be refunded if notification of cancellation is received 15 days or more, prior to the date of arrival.
REGULAR SEASON POLICY FOR FEATURE ROOM & SUITES: Notification 30 days prior to arrival date is required for refund of deposit( minus $25 processing fee)REGULAR SEASON POLICY FOR CHALET: Notification 60 days prior to arrival date is required for refund of deposit(minus $25 processing fee).
HOLIDAY SEASON POLICY-December 23 to January 1; February 17 to 25, Stowe Antique Car Show Weekend, and Columbus (Canadian Thanksgiving)-. FOR SUPERIOR, STANDARD, ECONOMY, & JUNIOR SUITE: Notification of 30 days prior to arrival date is required for refund of deposit(minus $25 cancellation fee).

All Deposits will be forfeited if notification is made after the above stated time periods. The deposit will be forfeited if the reserving party arrives after the date specified or departs before the final day of the reservation. The deposit is applied to the last dates of your reserved stay. The balance due upon departure will be based on the entire stay reserved. Payment of deposit secures your accommodations for the dates reserved, and confirms your acceptance of your financial responsibility for the entire stay reserved. We recommend the purchase of trip insurance to secure your vacation investment.

*Please Note: Refunded deposits made with an American Express Card will be charged an additional 3.25% fee. This fee originates from American Express.
Deposit:A deposit of 50% of the package price or 1 night's lodging, which ever is greater, is required to confirm reservations.
For Chalet, an additional 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Pets:A Cat or Dog under 100 pounds is welcome at the inn in select rooms, and the chalet, subject to approval at the time of reservation. A $10 ++ nightly service fee per pet will be charged. Pets may not be left unattended unless in crate. The inn reserves the right to request that the pet be removed from the property if pet is found disturbing other guests do to noise or aggresive behavior. No refund for accommodations will be made in this circumstance. An additional $250 fee will be charged to the pet's guardian if extra cleaning due to a pets prescence in accomodations or common areas of the inn are required.

Other:We are completely a nonsmoking property. A $250.00 cleaning charge will be added to the account of guests who choose to smoke in their accommodations. Ash trays are provided for use outside the inn. For Chalet Rental a $250 security deposit is required at check-in.
Children:Children 3 to 12 years old are charged only for the breakfast plan, and Afternoon Tea & Snack of $10.00 per day, when sharing a room with 2 other persons.

Children over 12 years old are considered as adults for purposes of daily extra person fee of $22.00
