Cancellation:Cancellation or Date Change, regardless of reason, is subject ot a minimum $10 per person processing fee. Deposit, less $10 per person, will be refunded if reservation is cancelled more than seven (7) days prior to arrival. NO REFUND if date is changed or reservation cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to arrival OR after arrival in South Lake Tahoe. IMPORTANT !! HOLIDAY POLICY :NO REFUND on Holiday Reservations once booked. Holidays are Christmas and New Years weeks. Martin Luther King and Presidents 3 day weekends. Memorial 3 day Weekend, 4th of July week, Labor Day 3 day weekend.
