General:Any reservations Made 7 days or less in advance requires a 24hr cancellation notice. Any reservations made great then 7 days in advance requires a 5 day cancellation notice. Any reservations not cancelled within the allotted time will be charged a $20.00 processing fee.
Any reservations made that are not cancelled and guest does not show up for stay will be charged for stay or if Special package for the cost of the Special package

All Package reservations require a 25% of package cost non refundable deposit. The above
cancellation policies apply. We have pet rooms available there is a fee and owner is responsible for any damage pet causes to room
