Prepaid deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled or changed a minimum of 15 days (30 days during foliage/holiday season) prior to scheduled arrival. $25 processing fee is deducted from all refunds to cover administrative costs. Prepaid deposit is forfeited on cancellations or changes after the minimum period of 15 or 30 days. Any cancellation or changes within 7 days of your arrival date will require full payment of any balance still due on your reservation. Balance will be charged on scheduled date of arrival. No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures. FOR LAKE COTTAGE CANCELLATION POLICY REFER TO WEB-SITE. Deposit:One night prepaid deposit (plus tax) guarantees all reservations except specials and discounted stays. 50% deposit required for all discounted stays, add-ons and specials.
