The Lake House is a newly restored Fishing Lodge tucked away on Big Lake Henderson. Our five guests rooms each with a private bathroom are individually decorated. They can accommodate anyone from couples looking for a romantic weekend away, to families searching for adventure. An extended continental breakfast featuring homemade breads is served daily and can be eaten indoors or outside in the garden, the choice is yours! Guest can enjoy a glass of wine in front of the huge stone fireplace or outside watching the sun set over the lake. Relax and read a book in the library area or for the more energetic, play a round of golf at one of the many local courses. The Withlachoocee State Trail is located within minutes of the Lake House, so bring your rollerblades or bicycles to enjoy the many miles of paved trail. For the water enthusiast, Inverness is surrounded by numerous lakes that are perfect for boating, fishing or waterskiing.
