General:Restaurants include Mama's Red Tomato in the lobby and the Blue Water Bistro on our pier. Weddings are available in the beautiful wedding chapel or outdoors. Meeting room available.
Cancellation:Non -holiday cancellation must be received by 12:00 noon 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged for the first nights room and tax.. HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENT PERIODS REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE WITH 14 DAYS CANCELLATION PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DATE. All Saturdays June thru September require a 2 night minimum stay with a 48 hour cancellation.
Deposit:Valid credit card required at time of booking.
FULL payment in advance from 12/18/09-1/1/10, 2/12/10-2/14/10,7/2/10-7/4/10, 12/25/10-12/31/10 with 14 days prior to arrival to cxl for refund.

Other:Located on the South Shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Beach access, private pier and marina. 1 mile from Heavenly Valley Ski Resort and 1 mile from Stateline casinos. Courtesy shuttle available to Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. Pets under 40 pounds welcome, smoking rooms only, $100.00 refundable deposit, $25.00 cleaning fee per day and we ask that you do not leave the pet alone in the room at any time. Maximum of 5 people per room.
