The Richmond Victorian Inn Policies
Cancellation:Reservations cancelled more than 5 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund. If cancelled within 5 days of date of arrival, one half of the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card on file (a minimum of one night's stay). Holidays and peak season reservations require at least 10 days notice of cancellation for full refund. Reservations made within one week of arrival (last minute) must be cancelled by 6pm day before arrival for full refund.
Deposit:A deposit is required upon booking a reservation. A credit card number will be taken to hold the reservation. A check in the amount of one night's stay is also accepted.
Check In:Check in is between 4 and 9PM, unless otherwise prearranged. Please call our toll free number, 1-888-242-3362, check in later than 9PM is required.
Check Out:Check out is at 11AM. A surcharge of $50 will be charged in the event of a later checkout.
Pets:Pets not accepted. We are happy to help with boarding arrangements in the local area. Please call for more information.
Other:Open year round. No smoking.
Children:Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
