Mount Snow, Vermont, a Peak Resort, Chooses the Inntopia Product Suite for its Call Center and Online Reservations

Stowe, VT, September 17, 2007 -- Sterling Valley Systems, Inc., operators of Inntopia, announces that Peak Resort’s recently acquired flagship resort, Mount Snow, has selected Inntopia.CRS for its Central Reservation Center and Internet Booking Engine.

Mount Snow, the fifth most visited resort in the eastern U.S. in 2006, is noted for being the closest major Vermont resort to the New York City metropolitan area. The resort has four mountain areas (Main Mountain, North Face, Carinthia and Sunbrook), and offers a variety of terrain suitable for all outdoor enthusiasts. It boasts a two-mile-long novice trail from the summit, 100-yard-wide intermediate trails and an expert North Face that includes Ripcord, Mount Snow's steepest trail and one of the steepest in New England.

"We did an extensive search of the options in the CRS space," states Gary Rush, Director of IT for Peak Resorts, "and it was clear that Inntopia’s technology coupled with their well deserved reputation for customer service and support quickly put them ahead of the rest."

Mount Snow Central Reservations knows that one size does not fit all. That's why they offer packages of all shapes and sizes and will work with their customers to help plan the ultimate getaway. They recognize that vacation time is precious and they want it to be perfect.

Inntopia.CRS is a hosted system that enables Mount Snow Central Reservations to develop this diverse range of packages dynamically and offer them in real time, both online and through their call center.

Gary Rush adds that "Inntopia’s innovative and intuitive software will allow our reservation staff to focus on our customers rather than the system, and their partnership driven organization means that we will consistently have their support. All of this extends our manifesto so that now we can truly say: From the moment you begin planning your trip, our mission is to make your experience more convenient, more fun and more memorable."

Trevor Crist, CEO of Inntopia says, "We are very excited to have Mount Snow and Peak Resorts as partners and we are looking forward to supporting them in their mission to give their guests a memorable experience."
