Meeting Dates
The 2009 Inntopia User Group will be held on May 13th and 14th at
the Mountaineer Square Conference Center in Crested Butte, CO. Located amid the dramatic back drop of Crested Butte Mountain Resort,
the Mountaineer Square Conference Center offers state-of-the-art amenities to facilitate this productive and enjoyable event.
Lodging Details
Inntopia has contracted with
the Grand Lodge Crested Butte Hotel and Suites to provide block space and reduced pricing to Inntopia User Group attendees. Studios and Suites are available at the discounted rate of $89 per night plus taxes and fees. Should you wish to extend your stay in beautiful Crested Butte the Inntopia User Group rates will be honored three days before and three days after the conference dates, based on guestroom and rate availability. Reservations for the room block can only be redeemed by entering the code 'inntopia' in the package field located
here. Please reserve your room as quickly as possible, block space is limited and discounted pricing expires on 5/4/09.
Food and Beverage
Inntopia will be hosting a cocktail reception with appetizers on Tuesday, May 12 between 6PM and 8PM at the
Woodstone Grille. The Woodstone Grille is located in The Grand Lodge Crested Butte Hotel & Suites where most User Group attendees are staying. Please note that you will need to make your own dinner arrangements for Tuesday Evening. The Woodstone Grille will be open for dinner or you can head into town for
additional options.
Inntopia is sponsoring dinner on Wednesday, May 13 between 7PM and 9PM at
The Secret Stash located at
21 Elk Ave, Crested Butte, CO 81224 (970-349-6245).
Breakfast is not included as part of the Inntopia User Group. The Woodstone Grille will be open for breakfast during the entire User Group or you can head into town for
additional options.
*Even though the Woodstone Grille's website suggests otherwise it will be open during the entire User Group.
Registration Fee
Registration fees for the 2009 Inntopia User Group are $150 USD for the first client participant and $100 USD for each additional client participant. The registration fee is inclusive of two meeting days, meeting materials, lunches, daily refreshments, dinner and cocktail reception. Please sign up for the 2009 Inntopia User Group online
