Meeting Dates
Inntopia announces the 2008 User Group meeting, being held Thursday, May 15 and Friday, May 16, 2008 at the
Devil's Thumb Ranch, in Winter Park, Colorado. Based on user feedback we will be conducting optional, one-on-one sessions with you and your Account Manager on Wednesday, May 14. Please complete the User Group
registration form to request a meeting and outline the topic’s you would like to cover. Your Account Manager will contact you to confirm your meeting time and define an agenda.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is $100 per attendee, the fee includes, 2 meeting days (plus a third optional day), meeting materials, lunches, daily refreshments, and a sponsored dinner.

Lodging Details
Devil's Thumb Ranch is an environmentally friendly year-round Ranch resort and spa offering newly built cabins in the woods, a brand new Lodge, fine dining and an array of winter and summer outdoor and wilderness recreation activities. Inntopia has negotiated a special rate of $137 per night for a Two Queen-Meadow View (single/double occupancy), $147 per night for a Two Queen-Divide View (single/double occupancy), $137 per night for a King w/Meadow View (single occupancy) and $147 per night for a King w/Divide View (single occupancy). Cabins are also available, please call Devil's Thumb Ranch at 800-933-4339 to book your cabin. Please note there are a limited number of Double Queens available so please make your reservation as soon as possible.

Food and Beverage
Inntopia will be hosting a cocktail reception Wednesday evening, May 14 as well as a sponsored dinner Thursday evening, May 15. Lunch and beverages will be provided daily in the conference room. Participants can enjoy breakfast at one of the lodge's restaurants or head into town. Please note breakfast is not included in the registration fee.
